I love that I feel like I get a workout from this but it makes an awful clicking and humming noise for the entire 15 minutes. It's super annoying when your trying to concentrate and the power plate is just banging away making a weird creaking sound the whole time.

No other exercise can do what this machine does

I walk and stretch most everyday but felt I needed more. I bought this machine because I sit most of the day at work at a computer and feel like I needed help in getting my blood flowing throughout my body. I watched the YouTube videos to help get me started and have been using my machines four times a week for a couple of weeks and I am totally convinced my body awakening in all areas. Standing straight blew my mind the way it affects my hips and lower back deeply. There is not anything like it. I get massages regularly, but never had the loosening results that this machine gives me. Each different body pose shifts the workout results. You can also repeat movements to build strength.
This is a great addition to expand your exercise program.

Game Changer!!

The LifePro is an absolute game changer! I am busy running a few companies and I never have time to exercise. When the time does come up im just too tired or lazy. Now wuth LifePro I can exercise without leaving my house or even my office!! After just a few minutes on the machine i literally feel like I just got finished with a huge workout. The different modes allow me to decide what tyoe of workout and how long of a workout I want. I highly recommend the LifePro power plate. Innovative Concept!

I have never seen a product like this and I really love the concept! It definitely keeps you more focused and in-tune with the exercise you're doing. I get really easily distracted or just stop completely when doing simple exercises so this is really awesome for me! I love the accessories that it comes with (the bands and cables) which give you so much variety to what you can do.
